Stop and think, before you use the word never, this is a very powerful and important word, I call it a cautionary word. And you want to think about what kind of programming it's creating in your subconscious mind, it's very powerful. I'm gonna break it down for you. So let's start by example, let's say you say things never work out. For me. This is very loaded with emotion, and meaning and labeling yourself, and creating limits in your life. Think about how your subconscious mind which is just recording and replaying a program interprets this statement. So you say things never work out for me. And your subconscious mind creates the program of let's ignore and overlook all of the obvious solutions, because our state is that things never work out for us. And if you think about someone, you know, who says this frequently, I say, you know, they have a problem for every solution. And this is exactly the program that is being played out by their subconscious. And of course, we know, the subconscious runs 95% of our lives. But we are creating it with what we choose to say and do in our lives and how we either reinforce current subconscious programming, or rewrite our subconscious programming. Another real world example of never, let's say you have a close relationship, like a family member, or partner, something like that. And you say, you never support me, you never show up when I need you, you never this, you never put the dishes away, you never that all of these never things. And the programming that's being created underneath of this is that I am always in a state of lack, I am not being supported, I am not deserving of these things. So you're not solving the problem by labeling the situation as this permanent situation and this person, as this being their permanent way of showing up in your life. And to have even more fun looking at how amazing just this one word is. There is also a middle ground and higher ground when it comes to the word never an example of the middle ground is to say something like I never give up. And you might immediately think, Well, that's good, right? That's got to be good. Not necessarily. Because when you make a very definitive statement like that, like I never give up. What happens when you get into a situation where you're in a sunk time cost situation where you're just throwing good energy resources, money after bad down a hole that just isn't working. But you say, Well, I never give up. So this was a fun example of where I would really stop and ask myself is never the best word to use here, considering that it's creating my programming and my beliefs and the things that are driving my show on autopilot. So in this example, a better way to say it might be, I am focused and adaptable to always stay in my upward momentum. And saying something like this gives you more clarity gives you more wiggle room, to move in the direction that you want to move in. Whereas the ideas and the beliefs that were created by using the word never I never give up. would really in the subconscious inadvertently keep you on a path that just isn't panning out for you that just isn't paying off. It has that potential. So is never, ever a good thing. Where's the higher ground, an example of where the word never might be a fantastic word would be something like I never stop evolving. And when you start to think about the subconscious programming that's created by this statement, I never stop evolving. You are using that statement to open yourself up to unlimited possibility and growth. So I invite you to just think about this one simple word, and put it to use intentionally and see how you feel about it. See what changes in your life. I'll talk to you in the next episode.
