posture is something we all have every minute of every day. But most people aren't really aware of how much it's affecting our subconscious programming, and our vibration. Let's begin by looking at how it affects our subconscious programming. Now we all have different types of postures, a sitting posture, a walking posture, a standing posture, a speaking posture, and the posture that we assume sends powerful self signaling messages to our subconscious, about the kind of person that we are. You can imagine the differences of subconscious programming that's being formed between say, one person who walks with their shoulders a little curled over with their chin pointed downward, with their eyes more pointed down towards the ground while they're walking, versus someone who has the chin up the shoulders back, the gaze outward, what kind of message is this self signaling sending to the subconscious of each person, about their value about their worth, about how they show up in and experience the world. And a really fun thing to do here is to look for models. Look for people who you just say, you know, they have an air about them, I like their presence, how they show up, and start to study their posture. And just slowly incorporate that into your own posture habits throughout the day, it will absolutely become habit. If you consciously discipline yourself for a couple of days in a row to say just pull those shoulders back, you're gonna find that you're naturally walking around with your shoulders pulled back. So look, for some people, even this could be in every day. Start looking at people that you see throughout your day and notice their postures and ask yourself, what vibe Am I getting from that posture? What kind of ideas about that person? Does that posture posture initially bring to my mind and then you can also use that to reflect back on your own? Where do I want to tweak and fine tune? Research also shows that posture affects your energy, your mood, your state of mind. As they say, you know, walking tall, you will feel better, you will have a better state of mind, you will have more energy. Research. Investigating the connection between posture and emotion shows that slouching actually makes it easier to think negative thoughts while sitting or standing up in a strong upright position encourages you to have more empowering thoughts. Your posture is also relative to how energy flows through your system, chi, vital energy, lifeforce, whatever you call it is affected by your posture. So if you were to practice something like say Tai Chi, you would be trained in body alignment and training your body to avoid slouching and to avoid rounding the shoulders and to stand with a stronger straighter spine to allow for the ideal flow of chi, vital energy, lifeforce through your body. And the reason I like thinking about postures because I don't, it's fun to realize, wow, you know, let me just take a minute to have a little fun with this creative control on my life experience and just look at how am I sitting? How am I standing? How am I walking, and what feels better, what feels more empowering. So go out into your life and practice that and have fun with it. And I will talk to you in the next episode.
