Our vibrational patterns are the source of the results and experiences that we have in life. And one of the biggest contributing factors to our vibrational patterns is simply our language choices. And the reason is, our language choices, the words that we choose to use, create the meaning, the meaning creates the emotion, the emotion creates the vibration. So you can think of language patterns as the tool or a tool, there are many tools. But for example, if I were a mechanic, and I were going to fix a car, I wouldn't open my kitchen utensil drawer and grab a bunch of utensils, I would get my toolbox out and use the appropriate tools to get the job done. And since our language patterns and the words that we choose, have such a huge impact on how we interpret the world, the meaning that we ascribe to ourselves, the world events, is a really wonderful tool to use to create the vibration within yourself that is aligned with the kind of life you want to actually experience. You've probably heard the term where your attention goes, your energy flows. This is a great example, by the words that we choose by the conversations that we choose to engage in, we keep our attention focused on something specific. So that's a great place to start, start looking at the things that you talk about the conversations you have. And ask yourself, well, considering that I'm purposefully choosing to place my attention on this, is this also aligned with the kinds of experiences that I want to have in my life? So as you go throughout your day, just stop and look at the conversations that you're having? And say, Okay, what is this focusing me on? What is this keeping my focus on? Is this keeping me aligned with the emotions that I want to feel? Do the emotions that I'm experiencing, as a result of this conversation? Feel like the emotions that I want to continue to have? Do they feel like the emotions that are aligned with my vision for my ideal self, my ideal future, how I would most like to show up in the world and experience my life? And if the answer to those questions is now, well, then great, you've got clarity, you can begin to make different choices, in the words that you choose conversations that you choose to have. And here's another fun thing that you can do. You can actually redo a conversation after you've had it. So maybe you walk away and you think, Yeah, that wasn't aligned with what I want to bring into my life. Well, that's okay. You can rehab that same conversation in your head, or even at the end of the day, if you reflect on conversations collectively, at the end of the day, you can rewrite them. And this is interesting and powerful on a couple of levels. Number one, our subconscious is just writing and repeating a program so it does not recognize the difference between real and imagined. Number two, in doing so, you are mentally rehearsing this and it will eventually become your natural and automated response. And this is all fun, easy and empowering. So just take that little nugget and go out and put it into practice in your life today, and I'll talk to you in the next episode.
