How would you like to free up 40% or more of your own creative vibrational energy today, and then absolutely blow your own mind over the course of a month with what you can accomplish with that creative energy freed up, it's very easy, let's break it down. For sure, the one thing that we cannot control in the world is other people, what they think what they do, how they act, it's all completely and entirely out of our control. Yet, so much of our own creative energy is literally locked up in trying to control other people. If you take an energetic snapshot of your average day, and ask yourself, what percentage of your time your thoughts, your actions, your emotions, your physical or psychological energy output revolves around trying to control other people, manipulate them influence what they think. And how much of that time revolves around emotionally blaming or punishing them in your own mind, for your perception of their shortcomings of their misdeeds of their Miss thinking. And think about all the little details of your day. Even something as simple as just posting a meme on social media, which you're posting it because you're intending to belittle people who have a view that is different than your own. So if you take this energetic snapshot of your thoughts, your ideas, your actions, your behaviors, and everything, on a scale of one to 100, what percentage of your time which is really your energy? would you estimate that is wrapped up into these sorts of things, and ultimately wrapped up in things that have to do with people outside of yourself? Now we take that number, and whatever it is, what we do know is that that is essentially energy that is being tied up in non productive uses, right, it's actually, usually when you have energy that's focused in those directions, it's creating more negative energy more discordance in your own energy patterns, it's certainly not doing anything productive for you. So for the sake of example, let's just say it's 40%. And I think really, that'd be quite reasonable, if you really think about what the average person tends to do with their thoughts and their behaviors and their choices and how they focus their energy throughout the day. And so then start to imagine, if you had that 40% of energy available to you right now, to invest in something that you're excited about. Something that nourishes you something that lifts you up, something that propels your life forward? How different would that be 40% of that energy from the day, all going into something internal within that's going to create exponential results, is going to continue to build momentum and continue to grow and thrive. And then what if you had that same 40% every day for a week, and every week for a month? How different would your life look, at the end of the month, if you were to take that 40% of energy, and use it for yourself the thing you can control, bringing better things into your life, making better choices, aligning with things that really thrill you and lift you up. So what that means, in practical terms, every single day, you have 40%, or motivation, inspiration, time, focus, and creativity. Imagine how quickly the nature of your day to day life and your whole entire world evolves using this very simple system. And the nice thing is, this is all just about letting go. You feel compelled to ruminate in your mind about someone and how wrong they are. Or post something on social that affirms your disapproval of certain people and their ideas and choices. And you just say, you know, can I let that go? Can I reclaim that energy for myself and put it towards something positive. And you will feel the impulse if this has become habit, which it does for all of us, you know. So you just discipline yourself each time you stop yourself and you choose to let it go, I got let it go. This is other people's stuff. This is not increasing my own internal energy. I'm reclaiming that. Some words that I like to use to support this are obviously letting go reclaim and also allow I'm gonna allow myself to have all that energy back. I'm just gonna allow it, I'm gonna reclaim it. I'm gonna let it go. If you're having inner dialogue in your head anyway, why not make it work for you? So just go put that out into practice in your life and see what it holds for you and I will talk to you in the next episode.
