3 ways to take back creative control of your life daily and start creating a masterpiece you love living.

You are a precious gift to this world, your life is a gift to you reclaim control of your masterpiece, it can be so easy to get caught up in the day to day kind of ho hum of life and start getting the idea that it's kind of a roller coaster, and things just happen, or they don't happen, and you never know what you're gonna get. But that is not the case, your life is a masterpiece, and you are the creator, take back creative control of your masterpiece, you are the champion of every single moment of this precious experience. And if you're wondering how to go about this, how to get started with this, I like to look at the big picture, and then break things down into manageable chunks. So it's not overwhelming. And really just have fun with it. Have fun, reclaiming the creative control that we all have in life. So for example, you could think about your mindset, your emotions, your spirit, these are all things that you have 100%, creative control over. And you could take any one of them and start looking for ways and places in your life today, to start reclaiming that creative control. So with that bigger picture of those things, let's just look at how that might break down at the granular daily level. For example, your mindset, you have creative control over your mindset, we get into habits. So our mindset will be one of that was developed through habit. If we haven't done this yet, however, you will look at your mindset and say, Well, what are just some little areas that I can start reclaiming and tweaking today? Simple, everyday example. Maybe you go to the grocery store, and your habit might be to walk in thinking, oh man, I hate grocery shopping, this is gonna be such a nightmare. And that's your mindset about the simple everyday experience of grocery shopping. So you might say, Well, can I shift that a little bit? How can I look at this experience a little bit differently? Could I say, Well, you know what, I'm pretty frickin grateful that I have the finances to comfortably walk into a store and purchase all the wonderful foods to prepare dinner for myself, my family, my partner whenever, rather than having to grow this stuff, right? That's a pretty easy way to shift your mindset on something like that. We'll also take the example of our emotions. So much of our emotions are reactionary, okay. If you look at some emotions that you're having that don't feel good, and especially ones that are reactionary to other people, what creative control can you take over your emotions? One example is to not argue with people, if you find you're having repeatedly the same contentious debate with someone, just let them know, you know, I'm done. With this going around and around. It's okay, we disagreed that we'll leave it at that. And you take back that creative control of your emotion, that you're not continuously giving it the stimulus of the contentious conversation. Another area to reclaim your creative control in is spirit. Whatever that means to you, however you view the idea of spirit and your spiritual experience in this world. And one for me, one of the most wonderful pieces of advice that I ever got around this was from an author, I was going to her book signing, and she had authored a book on meditation. And she advised to spend at least 15 minutes a day, reading something that uplifts and nourishes you. And so I took her advice. And I always every single day, it's my favorite thing to do really, is to just read something that gives me some insight, some inspiration, some motivation, some ideas, something that's uplifting for my spirit. And I love the idea that you know, the word inspiration is from in spirit. We are inspired when we're in spirit and have such a wonderful high vibration with intrinsic motivation. So just think about what spirit might mean to you, and what you can do throughout your day to vitalize that, and there you have it, just some simple ideas of things you can do every single day to reclaim the masterpiece of your life.
