toolkit time, here's an easy way to stop allowing people to manipulate you using fear and free up all of that vibrational energy that was locked up under the surface. In a fear based emotion, chances are, you're probably not even noticing how much this is going on, and how big of an influence it's having on your emotions and your vibrational patterns, because it's so prevalent in our culture. And basically what happens is, someone passively usually uses fear of saying not being accepted, not being loved, and not getting something you want to try to get you to do something that you're not intrinsically motivated to do. Now, if you were intrinsically motivated to do something, it would be aligned with your own natural vibrational pattern, but you're not. So they try to use a subtle kind of fear of taking away some acceptance or love, or respect, to get you to change your position on whatever it is. And this goes pretty deep, because in addition to having that fear, vibration humming along under the surface, this is also sending a really powerful message to your subconscious about your self worth and creating a negative effect in your own self love. Basically, the message that it is sending to your subconscious is that you're not worthy of being treated with love and respect. And it's you should be fearful. And you have to do things that you don't want to do as a trade. To earn this love and respect. It takes courage at first. Because again, as I mentioned, this is so prevalent in our society, and we've all become really adapted to doing this to other people, and to allowing people to do it to us. However, when you just take a little bit of courage, and start standing up for yourself, which I'm gonna explain in just a minute. My God, it is so empowering and so liberating. And it just feels amazing to not have that fear based vibration coming into your life in subtle ways all day long. And when you do this, you break that vibrational pattern, and you open up your vibration, you open up your ideas about self worth, you open up your expectations, and that fear then disappears. And it's replaced with confidence, confidence that is rooted in self worth and self love. This is easy, and it's so incredibly powerful. And this is how it goes down. Anytime you have an engagement, a conversation, anything with someone where you stop and look at it, you realize there's an implication here that I'm not going to be accepted, I'm not going to be loved or I'm going to be deemed unworthy unless I do something that this person wants me to do agree to something appear to agree with them on a belief or an issue or something like that, when you recognize that there's this fear based manipulation going on, have the courage to take a stand for yourself. And this can play out in different ways depending on the nature of the situation. And this is an example where word banks and pre rehearsals are so handy, if you have a couple things already pre rehearsed in your mental toolkit to respond with, then you're able to do that really confidently and in a fluid way. An example of one pre rehearse response is to just say, I'm not intrinsically motivated to do that. And I value our friendship or relationship. So thank you for respecting that. Another example, when you just have a difference of point of view or perspective on something with someone to just have a pre rehearsed, responsive, I feel confident and comfortable with my point of view. And I respect that you feel the same way about yours. These are just two examples, but they certainly cover a lot of potential situations. And you can see how easily these tools empower you to take a stand for yourself, and not to continue to engage in situations where fear is being used to try to manipulate or influence you. And then of course, you want to look at what you're doing and how you're communicating and engaging with others. And give them the respect as well of not using a fear based strategy to try to manipulate or influence their choices, their behaviors and that sort of thing. Put it into practice, see what it holds for you and I'll talk to you in the next episode.
