Let's talk about how to get on the frequency of healthy relationships. So you can attract them automatically, without even having to think about it or put any attention into it. I love talking about both relationships and money. Because if you look at Maslow's hierarchy of needs, these are at the bottom. When we feel confident and safe and secure, both in meeting our basic needs in life and feeling loved and connected, then we can move further up, and really open up to rich, fulfilling, rewarding and meaningful lives. And this is a direct parallel to the manifesting scale, which I have created and used and just generally, our vibrational state, we're in a lower vibration, when we don't feel safe and competent and comfortable in our relationships, and we move up the scale and things really bust wide open, once we do so it's something really everyone deserves to have healthy relationships. And I hope that you will take what you're going to learn here today and put it into practice, to make it even easier to do that. So let's jump in. Now I created a YouTube video about this, I will put the link in the show notes. And it was all inspired by a woman that I met, who was having a terrible time with her relationships. And she loved manifesting. So I suggested that she take her attention away from these relationships that were bringing her all this grief and struggle and disappointment and upset. And she said, Well, now I don't know, I'm going to manifest them into healthy relationships. Now, I think we've all sort of been at the stage at some point or another, it's perfectly normal. But the thing is, it is not our job or our challenge to change other people. I mean, a lot of people go into manifesting think thinking I will feel a certain way when these outside things change. But the truth of the matter is that you feel the certain way you get on that frequency. When you yourself change, right, you are actually only changing your frequency. And it's really quite easy to do. And once you do do this for yourself, you invest in yourself in this way. And what you will discover is that those challenging relationships just disappear, they drop entirely off your radar, you are no longer a frequency match for them, they will stop showing up in your life. And what will show up are the new relationships and opportunities and people that are aligned with your new frequency around relationships. So let's talk about an really easy way to do this. For me in my life, I pretty much exclusively use vibrational coherence. As my model for navigating life. I have programs to teach you about this. Again, I'll put that link in the show notes. But it is incredibly simple. And the simple vibrational coherence formula is this. You make small little choices every step of the way that either get you into vibrational coherence, or keep you in vibrational coherence. And another word for that is harmony. So you look at say a situation with a potential relationship and say, Is this bringing me harmony? Or even how do you respond to something that's going on in a relationship? Will this bring me harmony. And the reason I love this model so much, is because you can use it every little step step of the way at what I call micro events, right? It's not intimidating. It's not this giant decision and choice that you have to make that's going to change everything. It's just an each little step at each little choice, you just stop and ask yourself this super simple question. Is this going to bring harmony or coherence? Is this going to keep me in harmony or coherence or bring me closer to it. And that is the choice that you make for yourself. Now, this is simple self love, self care. And people might say, oh, gosh, you're being selfish. And if someone is opposed to you getting into a healthy, harmonious vibration, that's usually just because they want to play a role in you not being in one, right? You're getting in the way of their agenda and their objective. So as you do this for yourself, those people aren't going to resonate with you, they aren't going to want to hang out with you, which is a good thing. Because that opens up the space for the people who are aligned with your frequency right that say, Hey, I want to support you. I want to love you, I want to cherish you and uplift you and support you. And those are the people that will do that naturally on autopilot because they too are on this frequency. You can see why this is beautiful on so many levels. It's just what I like to call elegant, right? You do it at the micro event level day in and day out. These things become automatic. Your beliefs and your emotions and all the things that are creating your frequency, like absolutely everything else. Transformation is an inside job.
