Hello, today we're going to look at a really unique way of making decisions. It's a very holistic way of making decisions based entirely on your internal guidance and making the decision in a way that is aligned with you, your true self, all of yourself and what you really want. Now, this raises your self esteem and your self confidence. Because when we traditionally make decisions, it can seem rather random and results oriented. Whether or not we quote made a good decision is dependent upon the final results. But whether or not we made a good decision, it's really dependent upon whether or not we made the right decision for the right reasons that are aligned with our own internal needs and desires and feelings. In life, we are not really taught this approach, we're mostly taught to look at all sorts of factors and things outside of ourselves. But when we look within ourselves and get a really clear idea of what we want to do, and why, then we are truly the captain of our own souls, right? We can use this Easy, easy process to navigate our whole entire life. So to start, think about your usual decision making process, what is it? And why, how do you normally make decisions? And also, I would like to invite you to ask yourself, What is your normal success rate if you had to just pick a random percentage. So what we're going to start doing here is probably a lot different than the traditional approach that you use to make any decision in your life. And this approach evolves or revolves, I guess, around the idea of checking in with your mind, body, and spirit, on any choice. And like a lot of things, I think it's just best understood through an example. And of course, I like to use myself as example, I also like to be really transparent and honest. Because this process of straight up is not going to work. If you're not willing to be honest, at least with yourself. And in my case, I have recently been exploring the idea of creating a new series of courses. I am very excited about this. And when I checked in with my mind, body and spirit, honestly, well, my spirit was like, Oh, yeah, I'm all about it. No question. My mind and body were each a little bit wishy washy. So the next step, then was to say why? And in looking at my mind, and say, Why is my mind having a hard time getting on board with this? Well, it's quite a number of things. One is, quote, will it be a success? Will it make an impact? Will it reach a lot of people? Will I make money from these courses? Will people engage with them and purchase the courses? Where's that coming from? Well, on the one hand, you could say practicality, you know, I value my time, I want to have an impact, I want to help people and reach people. And I want to make money, I need to make money, right? Great way to be abundant and support my family and the world around me. And also, though, there is paradigm like, if you don't have these outside validations, then it wasn't worthwhile or even worse, you're not worthwhile, you're not worthy, you're not successful. So by breaking it down at this granular level, it helps me to then feel into each aspect of that, how important is that to me? Do I really care? Is it enough to move me in a different direction on this decision. Now, if I were writing this down on say, like a visual mind map, you could see a lot of prongs coming off of just this one idea of mind. And then I could feel in to each of them and evaluate them and perhaps even give them just a numeric level to start finding my way to the best choice here. The other interesting aspect of this is body Well, why in the world? Would my body have any opposition in this right? Again, total transparency, because I am not my absolute best self right now. pandemic and stuff, you know, do I want to get on video and like, immortalize this condition, right? I have some apprehensions about that. But being honest, then I can say is it really worth not helping people not expressing myself not bringing my spirit into the world, you know, so when I am honest, and I bring that all out into the light. Now I really have a lot of insight and information, you know, things that helped me to make a much more holistic choice. That is really all evolved around what my true self wants, what I'm aligned with, and what's important to me. It also empowers me to not throw the baby out with the bathwater. If that's the case, maybe I'm letting one thing really overpower a lot of other things right? When it isn't really do that just amount of influence to the entire choice. So I hope that example helps you to really see how really checking in with your mind, body and your spirit. You can really take some time and sit down and go deep and wide. At the end of this process, you're going to have a much more clear and solid understanding of what the right choice is for you and why. And that's a pretty freakin phenomenal way to feel right? It's a hell of a lot better than just feeling like oh, I'm being random or Oh, I'm using all these outside considerations and, you know, data points or whatever. And you can move forward with that confidence and have that self esteem of knowing that you absolutely picked the best choice for you. For wherever you are right now for the right reasons. That's pretty cool.
