Raise Your Vibration For Effortless Manifesting

Many people approach manifesting with the idea that manifesting a goal will create the desired feeling. the problem is you can not manifest the goal until you have the desired feeling. Raising your overall/ foundational vibrational levels will help you to achieve your manifesting goals effortlessly!

Everybody loves to manifest, it is certainly fun to have a goal and to see your goal come into fruition. But it's also frustrating when you know really clearly what you want, and you're having trouble achieving that manifesting that. And the thing is manifesting is so much more effortless when we raise our overall vibration. And I think what we tend to do a lot of times is think, well, I will have that feeling that vibration, when I manifest that thing, but the opposite is true, you have to raise your vibration, because you are aligning with things that are resonating with your vibration. The life experiences, the circumstances, the feelings are all going to align with your vibration. So you want to raise your overall vibration as one of your core strategies in manifesting, having goals. Raising your station in life, achieving the things you want to achieve and having the experiences you want to have. Raising your overall vibration is inner work, you want to be the change you want to see in your world. And you will then see that change. If you checked out the last episode, we talked about a really easy technique for going up one step at a time on the emotional and vibrational scale. If you haven't listened to it, go back after this one and listen to it. The core idea here is to raise your overall vibration, and then all of the things that come into your life will be things that resonate with your current vibration. Awareness is always the very first step in any type of transformation or evolution. So pen and paper time here, grab a pen and paper and for every aspect or area of your life. Look at the emotional scale. And if you need to get a visual on that just google Dr. David Hawkins emotional scale or this emotional scales, psychology, something like that. They're all different variations on the same thing. And take any one area of your life and say, okay, honestly, where am I on the emotional scale with this area? After you do this, you want to set your intentions for each area of your life. What do you want? And why? How do you want to raise your life experience? How do you want to raise your vibration on that. And you want to write down these intentions and read them everyday put them someplace like in your bedroom or your bathroom, where at the start of the day, you can reread them and remind yourself of what your intentions are. And what happens is whether you realize it or not, because you have done this in the morning, you will very subtly and gradually make different choices all throughout the day, around these different areas that move you closer to your desired feeling to your desired vibrational level on that thing. And these things happen gradually, but they also become habit. And so without really even thinking that much, you're gradually raising your vibration. And this way of gradually raising your vibration on any level of your life is more permanent, right? It's habit based. It's feeling based, it's experiential based. So it's not like using willpower brute force, it is natural. Another easy thing to do is to look for a model who's already got this nailed down, right? Look at what they're doing, what's working for them, which elements of how they approach things can you adopt. And modeling is a great way to avoid reinventing the wheel or figuring everything out through trial and error. And lastly, at the end of each week, you've got your notes, right that you've written down your intentions for each of the areas of your life where you are how you want to move up the emotional scale, how you want to raise your vibration in each of those areas. So at the end of every week, you want to take note of your accomplishments, what has happened and a lot of times, this isn't specific things like where you can really say, Oh, I did this, or I did that. A lot of times you just realize, Oh gosh, this thing really is raising in its vibration, right? these good things really are coming together and you foster gratitude for them. And what gets measured gets improved upon. And then at this point, it just becomes a matter of wash, rinse and repeat. Because you're going to see as you continuously raise your vibration, the things that happen in your life are more and more aligned with this higher level of vibration.
