Letting go is certainly one of the fastest ways to raise your vibration, liberate yourself, and set the stage for all kinds of good things to come into your life. The funny thing is, we are never letting go of anything tangible or material- just an idea. Anyone can let go of an idea- here is some food for thought (LOL- you will see how funny that is soon enough;-)

A lot of people argue with me, or at least try to argue with me, when I promote my personal perspective on unconditional love, it's kind of interesting, because maybe it's just the wording that, you know, pings people and the associations we have with the word love. So a couple of other ways to look at it or think of it is acceptance, letting go, right. And this is so important vibrationally because something that you're have, like a really negative emotional grip on or has a grip on you, right? is totally keeping your vibration and that space in dictating what you attract, both relative to the nature of that situation and other things in your life. So to at least open yourself up to the idea of allowing acceptance, allowing, letting go, we don't have to call it that other thing, right? Like, it's just the really the easiest thing you can do to raise your vibration, and to improve your quality of life, because you just feel better, when you're not walking around all jacked up with, you know, negative feelings and contentious things and stuff like that. So we'll just bypass the whole unconditional love thing. And just, let's maybe call it acceptance, okay. And so if you can't, you don't feel like you have control over something. And we don't have control over a lot of things. We only have control over our internal things and how we feel about stuff. And everything really filters down to just ideas in our own heads when you have the idea that something is one way you have feelings about it. Your behaviors change based on your idea. When your idea changes, and your feelings change. Right? Then your behaviors changed. Suddenly, there's no problem anymore. And really, the only thing that changed was an idea inside of you. And this is the absolute beauty of acceptance and letting go. So probably the big question is, okay, so how do I even start doing this, practicing more with it, experience it, experiencing it more in my life. This is where non judgment comes in. And you can look at anything and it's easier with things that are more objective and don't involve other people. And I love to use food as an example because everybody has ideas about what is the best nutritional path in life, right? vegans, vegetarians, intermittent fasters, keto rain, and they'll argue with each other. But no one is right or wrong, right? It's just it's right for that person. And that's a easy low hanging fruit. Hahaha, pardon the pun, as far as I'm concerned, place to start practicing non judgment, ie, letting go ie acceptance. And somebody is telling you how much you know, they're on a potato diet, and all they eat is potatoes, and it's really working great. And they're so satisfied and feeling fit and lost all this weight? Why do I have to sit in my mind and be like, well, that doesn't make sense based on these things that I learned here or read there. Because what I learned and read, etc, etc, is only relative to what piqued my interest in what I wanted to learn about and the sources that I chose to look into. And the experiences that I then had based on that interest and that catalyst, right? And they did the same thing for their path. So why judge it? Just everybody's got their eating things be like, okay, cool, right? Just let it go. And, again, I just proposed that one idea as a fun place to start, you know, practicing this and then you can grab other things in your life and be like, well, let me see if I can practice this non judgement there. And again, to go back to what I said earlier, what are you really letting go of ideas and therefore feelings and therefore you know, jacking up your energy in one negative direction that doesn't serve you it's like, balling it all up in a big useless not when you could just free yourself out of it, right and then free up all that potential energy for way better things. Just go out there and have fun with it, and I'll talk to you in the next episode.
