Why is this happening? Why is this happening to me? Have you ever asked yourself that I'm sure you have I know that I have in thing is that everything that happens in our lives, literally happens for us, it's a gift. It's a lesson, there's a treasure inside. And believe me when I say, I've been through some challenges, some very challenging things that I'm not dismissing the challenge of dealing with and working through the emotions, what I have always consistently found is that there is a lesson there is a gift. When you look closely at what has happened in your life, especially when it is a powerful enough to get your attention, right, you can see that there's maybe opportunities to better understand how to be open to love, how to be compassionate, maybe how to set stronger boundaries, how to make choices for yourself in a quicker fashion, that serve you and keep you in a comfortable, productive space, make you stronger and make you wiser make you more insightful, there's a million things, I'm just rattling stuff off the top of my head. But you don't learn that lesson, you don't gain that new skill unless you identify it. And I found that one of the easiest things to do is to go backwards. So basically, look back at situations in your life that have been powerful enough to get your attention. And I'm kind of generally speaking about challenging situations. But this goes the same for Fantastic situations, you know? And say, Where was the lesson? How did that make me stronger, wiser, more insightful? What did I not see maybe the first time around, because I was so busy attending to and licking my wounds, which is perfectly normal. We all do that, right. But when you look at things more objectively, in hindsight, and especially when you're removed from the emotion, and you're removed from maybe having to deal socially or emotionally with another person or something, you can always find the insights. And this is why it's so freaking cool, is because, and I don't love the words power and control. But that is power and control. It's self agency, its autonomy, you're like, oh, okay, this actually made me better able to move forward in a way that feels right for me, because I have this knowledge, this insight, this understanding, knowing that that's a very valuable part of you that you've now folded into, right. And that is reframing. You've reframed and you've recontextualize the whole entire event, instead of it living in your mind as an idea that's kind of eating away at you and knowing you and you know, negative when you bump into it, you've reframed it into a very powerful experience that is really empowered and helped you. And when you do that with things that have already happened, then it becomes a whole lot easier moving forward to see those same opportunities in things that are happening in real time. So that's just the most wonderful thing in the world. I know I say that all the time, man, you guys, the more you be attentive to understanding yourself and evolving yourself, it just becomes fun. You know, and the results are amazing. And I don't even have to tell you how much you are raising your vibration, how much you are positioning yourself for things that are aligned with this higher vibrating, more insightful, self empowered person that you become when you go through this. So you know what I'm gonna say have fun with it. I'll talk to you in the next episode.
