Today we're going to do something super fun, which is to follow the breadcrumbs. To see how our tiny little day to day choices actually create our reality. It's really fascinating. It's actually really simple. Anytime something happens at all, the littlest thing, we have a choice as to how we respond. Our choice in how we respond, is going to dictate our emotions, ultimately. And if you think about the emotional scale, things that are lower on the emotional scale are things like fear, anger, stress, and then things that are higher up on the scale are things like Courage, willingness, acceptance, reason, love, joy. And here's what's interesting. Those things on the emotional scale, then also relate to where we are in life. So the lower you are on the scale, the more you are in the realm of suffering and survival. So when you make that choice, if the choice lands you in fear, anger, something lower on the scale, then it's also going to lead you to stay in this realm of suffering and survival. However, if the choice that you make in how you respond, speaks to a little bit higher level on the emotional scale, like Courage, pride, willingness, acceptance, that moves you up into the realm of reality, which is not dictated characteristic of transformation and flow, you're actually transforming, evolving, you're in flow, when you're in flow, you feel good, go even higher up, you're able to choose a response, which places you in the love, joy, peace zone, well, then we're talking about, you know, just ultimate consciousness really blissfulness and feeling really amazing. I'm not going to get into the brain waves, but for each of these three parts of this experience, these potential areas that you could position yourself and with your choices, they're also correlating brainwaves to them. And just to know that, to understand that you're like, Hmm, okay, there's a lot more going on under the surface than I thought, when I just chose to react, which is just maybe to flip out, and, hey, I have flipped out. People know, like, they can tell you stories. So also, you don't want to beat yourself up. But I'm just proposing that we all say, hey, wait a minute, I have a choice here about how I can respond to what's going on. And my choice can literally move me up this emotional scale up with regard to what part of life I keep myself in whether I'm keeping myself in suffering in survival, or moving myself into transformation and flow, or moving myself all the way up to this blissful ultimate consciousness. So something happens, you stop, you think about the scale, you say, Well, you know, what I want to do is this. However, I can now see, because I'm thinking about this, that that is going to keep me in the fear and anger state, right, or the guilt state and keep me in that suffering and survival state. And I don't want that. So let me just practice, explore, experiment with the idea of responding in a way that is a little higher on the scale. Maybe I can use courage, maybe I can use acceptance or reason in choosing how I respond to the situation. And the cool thing about this is that as we do it consciously as we use our awareness to stop and reflect for a moment and make a conscious choice, then it starts happening on autopilot. And we're further I guess, motivated by the good feelings, the good outcomes, feeling like we are in a higher place in life that just resonates with us, that feels better. And then, so you do it more naturally. But it all begins by just stopping and making that conscious choice. When something happens. You just kind of be like, Okay, I need a minute to think about this for just a minute. And then choose your response based on this concept. And then of course, follow the breadcrumbs Monday morning quarterback, how did that work out for me? Does this hold some truth? Do I want to keep going down this path? You're the captain of your own soul. I'm just suggesting maybe you try this because I haven't. It's been amazing. And that's all for today. I really do love and appreciate you.
