I think the thing that holds a lot of people back from addressing and overcoming their own limiting beliefs is a fear of shame, sort of, I don't know if that's the best way to describe it. I think the best way that I can illustrate this really is just to tell you my own story. Now, I don't know, oh, my goodness, I'm losing track of time. It's been 1215 years or so that I've been really hardcore on this path, just loving, learning, experiencing, exploring, finding meaning through my own experiences, and then using my role and experience as an educator to help other people do the same. I had a very pivotal experience, probably at this point, it was probably about seven years ago, I was doing a meditation, my own meditation that I created. It was an I am meditation. And during the meditation, I was completely and utterly shocked to find that I said out loud to myself, I am damaged. I was like, what the actual crap, I literally slapped my hand over my mouth, I ran the, I don't know, five to seven blocks up the street to my friend's neighborhood where she lives. I will let her know what happened. You know, I wanted some councils of comfort. I was just freaking out that I actually said this. Now she basically turned into a medicine woman without cancel. No, you know, and which is really sweet and cute. But I can't when I walked home, I was like, You know what? That happened? I just said that. And I realized it. You know, I been doing so much work, I don't like called work, I need a better word. But that Inner Inner practice, and it I felt like it was my subconscious or my higher conscious way of saying, Hey, you missed a spot. It's pretty big spot. Don't know how you missed it. I think I know how I missed it. Because we don't want to feel shame. We want to kind of inherently for people to think No, I'm just naturally awesome. I don't have these limiting beliefs that I have to overcome. And that can be initially reason that we don't address them. But we have to address them. They are huge. They are completely holding us back. And just like this, if you would have told me this on the surface, I'd have been like, Well, no, I'm pretty confident I've done all these things. I don't think I do believe that. But apparently I did. And so then what I had to do was to start unpacking it. Where did this come from? My goodness, is this true? And I really started to discover the roots of it right and where it came from. And the cool thing about that is then you realize like how ridiculous this is like, I cannot even believe so many things in my happen in my life have happened and unfolded because of this. It's almost like the hidden Thorn you didn't see. Right. And but then by uncovering it, it's really exciting. And removing it is just like authority and getting that thorn out feels so good. It's an absolute game changer. I think you know, it really is like uncorking your soul when you when you remove a limiting belief. But I think the whole reason I wanted to talk about this was why people don't do it. Because we want to give this impression to ourselves in the world that we're somehow inherently perfect, capable, whatever. But the truth isn't matter. The truth of the matter is, they're in there, right, we need to find them, we need to uncover them and get rid of them. And this can and should be done in a really positive way. And that's what I do in my programs, I have a couple of courses, a shorter one and a longer one, about helping you to find and remove your limiting beliefs. But we have to do this in a really high vibrational way, where we are freeing up our soul or We are freeing up our vibration. We are accepting of wow, that thing was in there. And I found it and I got rid of it. And I'm so proud of me, right. And one of the ways I like to do this is in the approach, I think of myself as a surgeon performing surgery on my psyche right now my beliefs about myself concept. And I'm like, I know you're in there. Where are you? I'm going to find you. I'm going to get you out. And then I do and I'm like yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. 1000 times. Yes, that was amazing. So proud of myself, this is so cool. I feel so much better. I'm celebrating this. And there's also things that we do along the way during the course of the process, to help keep us in this positive perspective to help keep us in this high vibration, to help us to understand and accept perhaps, for example, things that happen along the way that contributed to this limiting belief and not letting that turn into a negative story or a negative vibration in our life. And so, again, I just want to share my own story with you because honest to God like 1015 years ago, no way on this planet what I've told anybody about that never mind made a podcast about it. Right? I would be like I don't want people to think that about me. I don't want people to know that about me. But now, I'm like, yeah, it was great. I want this for you as well. This can happened. I'm not saying everybody has to get on the internet and share it with the world. But I am saying that it's, it's there it happens. It's not a bad thing. And it's something that you absolutely can find and remove and that I think everybody should and it's crazy, crazy empowering. So hopefully just by sharing my own story, it helps you to kind of go like, okay, um, you know, I'm ready to go down this path. I'm gonna do it for myself. And that's all I want to share with you today. So as usual, I will talk to you superduper soon, and hope you have an absolutely spectacular day.
